9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR €100) OR THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
